Scope of works:
- Oak slatted room dividers (straight and curved)
- New flooring – LVT and Carpet
- Decorations throughout + hand-painted murals
- All furniture

- MF ceilings and stud walling
- Alterations to electricals (lighting + power)
- Crittall-style doors

Small works
GSH Projects offer a range of services which fall under the small works banner, these works include asbestos management and removal, ceiling repair and replacements, Decoration works, flooring works, Security doors, gates, and railings.
We will project manage works from allocation to completion using our experienced installation teams to ensure the smooth running of all projects on time and within budget.

Studio 58 Courtyard Ref
Leadtime: 6 weeks
Scope of Works:
– Removed all overgrowth and installed high quality, artificial trees and plants embedded into planters to create an outdoor decorative element that lasts all year round.
– Installation of modern raised decking area surrounded by festoon lighting to carry out work, socialise or dine al fresco
– Re-rendered and repainted walls to add vibrance and a modern look
– Flooring refurbished to add life and vibrancy.
– Artificial turf laid down to maintain an even look to banked area and give the impression of vibrant grass
– Fences replaced and upgraded to improve health and safety as well as support decorative festoon lighting to allow evening use of courtyard area
– Bike shed converted into a communal area (The Bunker) with shingle facing, seating, lighting, electrical sockets and a smart TV to allow for use in all weather types

Stratford One, Pipework modifications, Life cycle and passive fire protection works
Start date: July 2023
Leadtime: 9 weeks
Scope of works:
- Replacement of Heating & Domestic Pipework within Block A
- Lifecycle upgrades to Block A including full decoration, flooring deep clean & lift lobby upgrades.
- Found & fixed a leak to the coach park area on the demise shared with Westfield.
- Other works also completed involved a full fire alarm system replacement & fire stopping upgrades in all Riser cupboards.
