GSH have recently completed the renovation of the common areas at Unite Students’ Pier Quays site in Gillingham. Completed just in time for Christmas, we spent 4 weeks on site bringing designer Lisa Green’s ideas to life, including a cinema room and gaming area for the students. The project was able to be completed on time and in budget – overall a huge success.

Scope of works:

  • Oak slatted room dividers (straight and curved)
  • New flooring – LVT and Carpet
  • Decorations throughout + hand-painted murals
  • All furniture
  • Artwork
  • MF ceilings and stud walling
  • Alterations to electricals (lighting + power)
  • Crittall-style doors
  • Cinema area
  • Gaming area
